The story
Established in 1902, La Moye Golf Club occupies a prime position on the gorse-clad cliffs of Jersey’s western edge. It is one of the Channel Islands' most distinguished links courses, having hosted European Tour qualifying events and drawing golfers seeking a classic seaside challenge. The course's design makes strategic use of the natural contours and exposed location, ensuring that the prevailing winds play a significant role in every round. The par-3 fifth hole, in particular, is famed for its direct gaze out to sea, demanding precision and nerve. Beyond the championship 18 holes, the club also provides a more relaxed nine-hole option, catering to a broader range of play without compromising on the coastal atmosphere and quality.
