The St Catherine's Bunker was absolutely amazing. It has a bunch of German optics from the occupation. Including the periscope for the bunker itself. The also have a bunch of deactivated firearms you can interact with. Which includes German, British, American and even Soviet. The gift shop also includes snacks and drinks. I wish Phil and his crew the best of luck on their renovations.
This was a great way to spend a morning and was one of the highlights of our a trip to Jersey. The bunker was educational for the kids and adults and also very interesting to see how it has evolved over the years. We had previously visited the Jersey War Tunnels but this was a nicer experience as it was much quieter and more hands on with exhibits (weapons and helmets etc) that the kids could touch and pick up. They also have a fantastic cafe where you can get breakfast/lunch and it has a well stocked shop, with high quality products. The staff were lovely and the coffee and food were great quality. Highly recommend a visit to St.Cath’s to explore the bunker, enjoy the cafe and go for a walk along the breakwater.
Absolutely amazing! Our guide was incredible and very informative, we learnt a lot from this experience and was a highlight of our trip, will definitely be recommending!
