Beachfront seafood restaurant on St Brelade's Bay.

Cliff-top café with a front-row seat for Corbière sunsets.
A laid-back café and bar perched above the causeway at La Corbière, serving good coffee, big breakfasts, crab sandwiches and proper chips with a wall of glass facing the lighthouse. Walkers and cyclists pile in from the railway walk, and the terrace turns into one of the island's best sunset spots in summer.
Hard to beat for a Jersey sunset coffee or end-of-walk pint with the lighthouse in view.
Hugely popular at sunset on clear evenings — arrive early to grab a terrace table.

After starting out on a long coastal walk from St Brelade’s bay we bumped into a lovely lady out on her walk who told us we should head along the coastal path until we came upon the Lighthouse La Corbiere. There we would find fine views of the lighthouse and an equally welcoming pub called the Corbiere Phare. Not wanted to be rude we took up the quest and just over an hour later we stumbled thirsty and hungry into the pub. We were welcomed but told we had two minutes to order before the kitchens closed! Two fish and chips later we sat by the window and gazed at the lighthouse. What a glorious view. 5 minutes later our food arrived. It was delicious although I did get food envy seeing the next table receive the most amazing burgers, what looked like roast chicken and even steak suspended on metal skewers! Nevertheless the fish had tasty batter and the thick cut chips were crispy. The mushy peas were ok and I don’t really care for them. Was a little disappointed that the desserts were £11 a go! The football was on in another section of the bar. All in all I bet this place is packed in the summer and deservedly so. Highly recommended.
Had a great night here! The sunset view was beautiful 😍. The food looked great. The seafood tasted amazing. Service was a bit slow but I think they were busy. If you want a dessert, try the basque chocolate cheesecake 👌🏻
We had a fabulous lunch. The waiter was brilliant and very accommodating regarding the menu. The sad thing about it all is the state of the toilets. They should invest in a new toilet seat before someone gets hurt
