  On a positive note, the course is very nicely laid out, with well-positioned traps and hazards throughout. The hospitality team are friendly and helpful, and always there to greet you with a smile. Conversely, and this is where the opportunity lies, the course is not currently in the best of condition; the greens are patchy and inconsistent in the degrees of slowness, the tee boxes are uneven, and the fairways are not cut to what a golfer would consider to be a fair height. For me, if I were considering a visit, the price paid would have to be reflective of the quality of the course's playability. If you feel that the price offers value, then you'll have fun around this tricky course.
