We loved our week at the end of May 2026. The location is good, we used a bus pass and the stop is right there in the main road. Our room was comfortable with good beds and a roomy shower with good water pressure. Breakfast was a treat every day with many options on the buffet and hot breakfast on order. Very friendly team at all posts in the hotel. Good, small pool. We also swam in the sea (beach access via the golf club). We spent our time on the island walking. Most walks along the coast. From the hotel however it’s not far to the beautiful Queens Valley Reservoir. Excellent walk, back through Gorrey and along the beach. Last tip would be the Pembroke Pub for drinks or a tasty dinner. Just a three minute walk from the hotel.
My husband and I recently had a week at the Beausite Hotel for our fortieth wedding anniversary. The location was perfect for short walks and 15 minute bus service into St Helier. The hotel was well appointed and the staff were ALL excellent; attentive but not intrusive, polite, friendly and obviously very content. The dining room staff were silver service level and domestic staff were impeccable. The indoor pool was a lovely size for a dip but I expect would become crowded in family holiday season (although it was only a five minute walk to the beach). We had a lovely double room overlooking the garden, but a second tub chair would have been ideal as one of us had to sit on the bed. We have been recommending to family and friends since our return. Thank you ALL for making it such a pleasant stay and good luck for the rest of the season.
Great restaurant experience and food quality . The full breakfast was first class daily and staff so accommodating both am and pm shift. The bar was hidden away and needed a bigger more obvious sign post , didnt see it to the last night . Drinks service to the garden or menus would have been good there to drive sales . Good location by the royal Jersey golf club and beach access too. Tight parking lot so bring a smaller rental car .
