Best time to visit Jersey
Jersey works all year, but the island you get in May is not the island you get in August. Here is what each month actually feels like.
Short answer: May to September is the main season, with daytime highs around 18–22°C at its warmest. September is the sweet spot — the sea is still warm from summer, the crowds have gone home and prices drop. April and May are best for walking, when the cliff paths are covered in wildflowers. November to March is cheap, quiet and surprisingly good for storm watching, pubs and museums.
Jersey sits further south than anywhere in the UK mainland and records the most sunshine hours in the British Isles — but it is still an Atlantic island, so pack layers whatever the month says.

Surfing
Autumn and winter bring the biggest Atlantic swells to St Ouen's Bay; summer is better for learning.
