Porter's Cocktail Bar at Grand Jersey

Porter's is the bar of the Grand Jersey Hotel on the Esplanade - a softly-lit, mid-century-leaning room where the bartenders take cocktails seriously without being precious about it. The list runs the classics alongside a rotating set of house drinks built around Jersey botanicals (apple, sea buckthorn, samphire). Bar snacks are good enough to make a proper meal of it. The terrace catches late-afternoon sun. A favourite for a smart drink before dinner elsewhere - or instead of it.

Smart casual. Walk-ins fine midweek; book the terrace at weekends. Non-residents very welcome.
